The Playlist is an experiential Italian dining and entertainment restaurant featuring live performances by servers. DevExcel designed a branded mobile app and web admin dashboard to streamline bookings, reservations, and performer content. The platform connects guests with the restaurant team while simplifying schedule and booking management.
Problem
A dine-and-show concept like this is hard to explain in a single glance, so the business needed a web presence that could clearly communicate what makes the experience different from a normal restaurant before a guest would commit to booking. It also needed to handle reservations, promote group and gift card options, and clearly disclose safety information around the lighting and haze effects, all through one consistent online presence.
