Professional Police Services (PPS) is a workforce management platform built for a security staffing company that coordinates guard assignments and job orders. What began as a small bug-fix engagement grew into a full digital transformation of the company's operations. The platform is completed, production-ready, and live, with DevExcel providing ongoing support.
Problem
Before the rebuild, company onboarding, job order creation, and guard assignments were handled 100% manually through phone calls. This created severe administrative strain from the total lack of digital automation, and the existing legacy portal was basic and error-prone.
Our Proposed Solutions
DevExcel architected a custom admin portal automating 80% to 90% of the tactical and operational workflows previously handled by phone. The portal was integrated directly with QuickBooks for seamless billing, invoicing, and data sync, and DevExcel has continued providing active technical support post-launch.
