Redbird Workforce Stability is a workforce management platform built to help staffing companies manage rotational shift schedules across multiple sites. It combines a visual scheduling calendar with real-time coverage analytics and automated billing in one system. The platform is in beta testing and nearing completion.
Problem
Managing rotational shift patterns across multiple sites frequently leads to roster gaps. Staffing teams typically can't see site-level coverage, deficits, or fulfillment percentages in real time, inflexible schedule builders make swaps and emergency coverage difficult, and billing becomes complex across multi-site deployments.
Our Proposed Solutions
DevExcel built a multi-tenant platform letting Super Admins manage client companies, sites, roles, and shift schedules. A drag-and-drop visual calendar in weekly and monthly views lets schedulers fill open positions fast, a deficit and coverage analytics engine tracks coverage in real time, and automated billing charges accounts by assignment and tier.
